Hello Neighbor’s! Here is some important information to note.

• Upcoming HOA Meeting!! Join us September 17th at 4:00 pm. We will be meeting at 212 Crown Colony Ct. Please RSVP so that
  we can plan to accommodate everyone.
• We are looking for a volunteer to serve as a secretary on the HOA
  Board that can be responsible for communications such as
  newsletters and bulk emails.
• Please be aware of City codes if you reside along the ditch. Any
  branches or debris from your property needs to be removed. The
  City is only responsible for mowing the grass. Any branches
  thrown over, debris, or low hanging limbs makes it difficult for
  them to do their job properly. As well as an trees, plants, or grass
  that is impeding the sidewalks. The City of Edmond will begin
  issuing citations.
• If you see any issues within the neighborhood that go against City
  Codes please contact the City of Edmond.
• We are working on replacing the globes and light bulbs for the
  neighborhood lighting. If you would like to help us paint the poles,
  we will provide the paint. Some are in need of touch ups.
